Yoga for Moms to be (Winter-Spring 2019)
In this class we focus on adapting Hatha Yoga poses and sequences for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. Furthermore, Pranayama (breathing techniques) can help future mothers to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques throughout the pregnancy and make labour more comfortable.
