Prenatal Outdoor Yoga

Hello Mama!

In this class we focus on adapting Hatha Yoga poses and sequences for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility.

Furthermore, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation can help future mothers to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques throughout the pregnancy and make labour more comfortable.

Timing : Thursdays 10:30-11:30h

Location : Park Riedchen Strassen – Rue Henri Dunant (parking)

Please bring your own yogamat and you can also bring a blanket and a small pillow but it’s not mandatory.

In case you have bigger kids, there is a playground next to the yogaspot.
