Hatha Yoga Indoors

Join us this winter for our Indoor Hatha Yoga sessions in Strassen and Merl . We will mix up breathing exercices with Sivananda Asanas and Yoga Stretching. Beginners as well as superyogis are welcome to share our practice.

Mommy&Baby Yoga

Babies allowed! Just bring your little one to the class along your yogamat and with a blanket and some toys in case he/she doesn’t want to be included in your asanas 

Yoga for Moms to be

In this class we focus on adapting Hatha Yoga poses and sequences for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility.

We want to spread yoga whenever we can and wherever we are in the world.

OUTDOOR CLASSES :

We decided to give all our outdoor classes in exchange of a conscious donation. You pay what you feel like or what you can pay per class. (watch out for the donation box in the grass).

No need to sign up either! There are enough things in every day life that are planned weeks and months in advance. Here you can just join whenever you feel like it. All you need is a yogamat or towel.

INDOOR CLASSES :

For our indoor classes during the wintertime we need to rent out different yogaspaces and therefore ask for a fix contribution of 15 euros per session as a drop-in, but there is also options for signing up to get a better rate.

Private Classes

We offer private yoga sessions for those who can’t participate to group sessions or want to choose their own time & pace for their yoga practice. You can practice solo with a teacher or in a small group. We also offer special rates for lunchtime classes in companies.

We can come and teach anywhere (in your office or home) but can also provide a space for individual or small group sessions.
